A Stream Character refers to any fictional or non-fictional character who gets memetic status into the streams and becomes a "character" within that stream-verse. Despite it happening to MikeNnemonic most often, other stream regulars get their own stream characters from the various sources they touched.
How they hit this kind of status varies. Examples of a "stream character" would be Cocaine, Jebidiah, L.A Beast, and Fat Swordsman.
